The battery balancer module is a mutual energy transfer system with the working method of the high-frequency pulse. It is widely used for lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries, NiMH batteries. The main function is to balance the voltage of the batteries. In this way, it maintains the batteries in the long term running so that the lifespan of the battery pack is prolonged. The balancer module prevents lead-acid batteries from vulcanization and also has the capacity to repair vulcanization.
The balance solution of the balancer module:
Every balancer is connected to each battery in parallel and distributed, realizing long term online dynamic balancing. Via switch power technology, transfer the power of higher voltage batteries to the lower voltage batteries in the way of energy transfer. the transfer of electrical power is a mutual way, that is to say, any cell with higher voltage will transfer to any cell with the lower voltage at the same time, thus the voltage of the batteries gets balanced.
Different ways of balance:
1.distributed and centralized type, centralized type wiring is complex, distributed type wiring is simple
2. The parallel and serial type, the parallel type has no voltage drop, doesn't affect the normal use of the battery pack.
3. Dynamic type and static type: Dynamic type balances the battery voltage all the time within the range of battery working voltage.
4.two-way type and one-way type, two-way type use two-way converter, two-way adjustment charging and discharging of single cell

Q: What is the life expectancy of a Lithium battery?
A: The typical estimated life of the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is 5-15 years or 2000 to 8000 charge cycles. One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again.
Q: If I want to charge LiFePO4/Lithium Ion battery, which already has PCB, would a normal SLA controller work fine?
A: For LiFePO4 / Lithium-Ion battery, we always recommend using LiFePO4/Lithium-Ion solar controller. Especially if you are using the battery as UPS (back up power supply). The Lead-Acid solar controller will constantly provide pulse current to the battery. In the long run, it might damage the PCB. So the PCB won't be able to protect the battery when it should be.

Q: Why hasn't my ups or FedEx transportation number been updated?
